You have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) at rkribitz@wks.at.

Please note that after this period, cancellation fees may apply, and the cancellation terms will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
